Cartier in Paris seeks a Visitor Relations Officer to manage VIP visits and guest experience. Client-facing role at Cartier, Paris.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register visitors to flagship boutiques, exhibitions or client events, ensuring a seamless and luxurious arrival experience.
  • Manage appointments, guided visits and private viewings; coordinate schedules across sales, concierge and security teams.
  • Deliver personalised guest services for VIPs and high-net-worth clients, including bespoke welcome rituals and tailored itineraries.
  • Maintain accurate visitor records and appointment logs while respecting client confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Act as frontline liaison between visitors and internal teams (sales, archival, restoration, events), escalating queries as required.
  • Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues diplomatically and uphold Cartier’s standards of presentation, behaviour and discretion.
  • Support on-site event logistics and small-scale visitor programming, including preparation of spaces and post-visit follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, museum visitor services or high-end concierge roles.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, polished interpersonal skills and a service-oriented demeanour.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to manage bookings, priorities and last-minute changes.
  • Discretion and a strict respect for client confidentiality.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings for events.

Experience
