Cartier in Paris seeks a Transformation and Strategic Projects Intern to support strategic initiatives, project delivery and change programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the transformation office on end‑to‑end project delivery: planning, coordination, progress tracking and issue escalation.
- Prepare high‑quality analyses, slide decks and executive summaries for steering committees and senior stakeholders.
- Design and maintain project governance artefacts: roadmaps, RACI matrices, risk logs and milestone trackers.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources, produce KPI dashboards and deliver ad hoc quantitative analyses to inform decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and cross‑functional working sessions; capture requirements and follow up on action items.
- Contribute to change management and internal communications activities to support adoption of new processes and systems.
- Undertake benchmark research and market scans to support strategic recommendations.
- Ensure rigorous documentation and knowledge transfer to maintain continuity across projects.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's program (Grande École, MSc or equivalent) in Business, Strategy, Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to produce executive‑quality presentations and succinct written summaries.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Discretion and professional maturity when working with confidential information.
- Genuine interest in luxury retail, brand strategy and organisational transformation.
Skills
Experience
Internship level; prior internships or project experience in consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or operations is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant Master's program (Business, Management, Strategy, Engineering or equivalent).
