Cartier Frankfurt seeks a part-time Student Associate (20 hrs/week) for Welcoming & Retail Experience—6-month contract with extension potential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all boutique visitors as the primary point of contact
- Manage client communication and engagement during potential wait times
- Facilitate smooth customer flow and appointment scheduling through digital platforms
- Capture and record client contact information in digital systems
- Provide backstage administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Represent the Cartier brand with passion and excellence in every guest interaction
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with an intuitive sense of luxury clientele expectations
- Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, e-commerce, call centers, or food & beverage service
- High service orientation and demonstrated flexibility in dynamic retail environments
- Proven ability to work independently and as a loyal team member
- Advanced proficiency with common digital applications and strong digital literacy
- Positive, open-minded, and guest-centric personality
- Fluent German and English language skills
Skills
Experience
Experience in hospitality, tourism, e-commerce, call centers, or food & beverage service is valued. Independent work ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment required.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; currently enrolled as a student or in a recognized study program preferred.
