Cartier internship: Store Design & Planning Intern (6 months, Paris 8ème). Join Cartier's Store Design & Planning team supporting retail and corporate event execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in preparing retail and corporate event setups (Watches & Wonder, World Meetings, TFWA, Merchandising Showrooms)
- Prepare presentations and documentation for architects, validation committees, and project meetings
- Update and consolidate project materials (layout proposals, photography coordination, floral arrangements) and track vendor execution
- Collaborate on logistics scheduling and budget closure processes
- Compile and maintain essential documentation for the Events pole; propose improvements and tools as needed
- Manage databases for furniture inventory, showroom portfolios, and related assets
- Support financial analysis and sustainability reporting
- Conduct competitive intelligence and maintain the supplier and agency network directory
- Execute ad-hoc space design and planning projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree from a business school, university, or equivalent institution
- Prior experience in project management or related field
- Fluent in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in project management or in a similar retail, events, or design-related environment is preferred but not required; the ideal candidate demonstrates clear aptitude for managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree from a business school, university, or equivalent institution.
