Role & Responsibilities
- Support the daily animation of Cartier's social media channels and website editorial areas, including creating, adapting and scheduling posts and stories.
- Update and maintain web content (product pages, editorial features, banners) in coordination with e‑commerce and merchandising teams.
- Assist in the production of visual and written assets: brief photographers/designers, write copy and ensure brand tone and legal compliance.
- Monitor community interactions and moderate comments in line with brand guidelines and escalation procedures.
- Track and report on content performance using analytics to inform editorial optimisations and A/B tests.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables with PR, CRM and retail teams to ensure multichannel consistency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism or a related discipline.
- Strong written communication skills with proven ability to write concise, brand‑appropriate copy for social and web.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage an editorial calendar and multiple concurrent assets.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive product information and community interactions.

Experience
Internship position; no minimum professional experience required. Prior internships, freelance work or university projects in social media, digital marketing or web content are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism or equivalent).
