Cartier, Paris: Showroom Project Manager – lead bi-annual luxury product showcases with event planning, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of bi-annual showroom events, including calendar management, budget tracking, and comprehensive vendor coordination across catering, security, logistics, setup, and technical support
- Collaborate with Marketing and merchandising teams to understand showroom objectives and translate product presentation requirements into actionable plans
- Develop detailed event timelines, checklists, and minute-by-minute production schedules, adapting to evolving requirements and contributing to the establishment of new operational standards
- Oversee physical setup and dismantling of the showroom, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and security protocols
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all showroom visitors, coordinating guest invitations, RSVP management, and efficient on-site registration processes
- Provide comprehensive on-site support during events, addressing immediate needs and issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage all administrative tasks related to showroom operations, including invoice processing and expense report management
- Conduct post-event debriefs, gather stakeholder feedback, and propose actionable improvements for continuous process refinement
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in event coordination, external supplier management, or showroom management within the luxury, fashion, or high-end hospitality sector
- Fluency in English; French language proficiency is preferred
- Experience or internship within a merchandising department is a plus
