Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics for the High Jewellery service division, maintaining KPI dashboards and scorecards.
- Consolidate data from cross‑functional sources (after‑sales, ateliers, quality, supply) and produce regular performance reports for steering committees.
- Identify performance gaps and propose pragmatic improvement actions, supporting project implementation and follow‑up.
- Prepare executive‑grade presentations and visualisations for senior stakeholders, summarising trends, root causes and recommended actions.
- Contribute to the definition and automation of reporting processes, ensuring data integrity and repeatability.
- Coordinate with internal teams (service, production, quality, customer care) to collect inputs and drive corrective measures.
- Support ad hoc analyses and special projects aimed at improving service levels, lead times and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Engineering, Industrial/Operations Management, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical aptitude with rigorous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Excellent spreadsheet and data‑presentation skills; ability to synthesise complex information into concise messages.
- Capacity to work cross‑functionally, manage priorities and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional demeanour with strong organisational skills and discretion handling sensitive information.

Experience
Internship or 0–12 months' professional experience in operations, performance analysis, consulting or data analytics preferred. Previous exposure to retail or luxury goods service operations is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial/Operations Management or a related field.
