Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SDP (sales/distribution/platform) back‑office projects, from scoping and requirements through deployment and post‑launch support.
- Define program roadmaps, milestones and success criteria; maintain programme governance and consolidate progress reports for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across IT, retail operations, finance and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Oversee solution validation: drive functional and integration testing, manage UAT cycles and ensure quality acceptance criteria are met.
