Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement HR strategy aligned with Cartier’s business objectives for the assigned scope (store network, region or corporate functions).
- Partner with senior leadership to advise on organisational design, workforce planning and talent priorities.
- Lead employee relations, performance management and disciplinary processes, ensuring legal compliance and fair outcomes.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives to attract high-calibre talent for luxury retail and corporate roles.
- Design and deliver leadership development, succession planning and learning programmes to upskill managers and high-potential employees.
- Manage compensation and benefits discussions locally and contribute to global compensation reviews and job grading exercises.
- Ensure day-to-day HR operations and HRIS data integrity; drive process improvements and digitalisation of HR workflows.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on French labour law, collective bargaining agreements and local regulatory obligations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related discipline.
- Deep knowledge of French labour law and experience managing employee relations in France.
- Proven experience leading HR initiatives within a luxury retail, premium retail or consumer-goods environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; discretion and ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.

Senior-level HR professional with approximately 7–10 years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership exposure and hands-on management of employee relations, talent programmes and HR operations—preferably within luxury retail or premium consumer brands.
Education
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related discipline.
