Cartier in Paris seeks a Senior Business Analyst (CDD) to lead cross‑functional requirements, analytics and ERP/CRM projects for retail and digital operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for cross-functional initiatives across Retail, E‑commerce, Wholesale and Finance, defining scope and success criteria for CDD project deliverables.
- Elicit, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews and process mapping with senior stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for IT and vendor teams.
- Design and maintain process models, data flows and KPI frameworks to optimise retail operations and customer journeys.
- Support ERP/CRM and reporting implementations (e.g., SAP, CRM integrations), coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect triage.
- Develop dashboards and management reports; perform quantitative analysis to inform decision-making and measure project impact.
- Coach and mentor junior analysts; ensure delivery quality, traceability and adherence to governance and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and vendors to track milestones, risks and deliverables and to ensure timely, budgeted outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent; master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA or Agile/Scrum (PSM/CSM) are advantageous.
- Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail and experience producing executive-level documentation and presentations.

Experience
Approximately 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience, ideally including system implementations (ERP/CRM) and analytics projects within retail, luxury goods, or consumer-facing industries. Demonstrated track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives and managing senior stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
