Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Deliver exemplary customer service, including claim management.
- Maintain and update customer database in accordance with CRM initiatives.
- Ensure optimal product visibility inside and outside the boutique.
- Promote high-quality products effectively.
- Manage cash transactions and perform daily cash counts.
- Adhere to boutique security and loss prevention procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory controls and random stock checks.
- Receive and stock goods, manage goods transfers.
- Develop expertise in a selected product category.
- Communicate effectively to foster team building.
- Provide information for all reporting tools.
- Maintain proper boutique upkeep.
- Contribute to successful marketing initiatives.
- Uphold the luxury image of the boutique.
- Facilitate unforgettable customer events.
