Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation to an exclusive clientele.
  • Actively acquire new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Manage customer traffic and greet clients effectively.
  • Assist clients with bespoke High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations.
  • Implement a New Retail Strategy, incorporating E-Commerce, Distant Sales, Virtual Sales Ceremonies, and more.
  • Offer personalized service to VIP clients and nurture local business relationships.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining the customer database and preparing inventory.
  • Engage in networking activities, such as attending local events and digital sales functions.

Qualifications

  • Completed training or experience in a customer and service-oriented environment.
  • Experience in luxury goods sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watches.
  • Excellent knowledge of New Retail, including digital sales and networking.
  • Curiosity and interest in innovative sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
  • Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexible, resilient team player with a confident and appropriate demeanor.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.

Skills

Expertise in luxury sales and customer service. Proficiency in digital sales tools and strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to network effectively. Proficiency in German and English. Familiarity with SAP and customer management apps.

Experience

Experience in luxury goods sales, ideally within the jewelry and watch sectors, is preferred.

Education

Completed training or equivalent experience in a customer-oriented field.
