Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival at the boutique with attentiveness and professionalism
- Support the sales team during high-traffic periods by serving beverages and communicating wait times to clients
- Execute gift wrapping according to Cartier standards, including affixing wax seals, ribbons, and certification documentation
- Verify item serial numbers and complete certificates of authenticity before wrapping
- Maintain adequate inventory of gift-wrapping materials (boxes, ribbons, wax seals, stamps) at wrapping stations throughout the day
- Deliver beverage service to clients with elegance and discretion
- Maintain a clean, organized boutique environment at all times
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clientele
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation for luxury presentation standards
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment during peak seasonal periods
- Proficiency in gift wrapping and fine finishing techniques
