Cartier seeks a Regulatory Affairs Executive in Paris to manage international product compliance and export registrations across China, APAC, and MEIA markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze regulatory evolution and its impact on the Cartier Parfums portfolio, particularly for China, APAC, and MEIA markets
  • Develop and implement actionable regulatory plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the Maison
  • Prepare and manage export registration dossiers including formulas, specifications, mode of preparation, and analytical worksheets
  • Serve as the primary regulatory contact for subsidiary operations, supporting registration renewals and coordinating documentation delivery to branch offices
  • Proactively track timelines and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance and smooth registration processes
  • Contribute to process optimization for registration and communication protocols with international subsidiaries
  • Deliver regular, clear reporting on dossier progress and project advancement using designated tracking tools

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, cosmetic science, or related field
  • Minimum two years of professional experience in regulatory affairs or equivalent compliance function
  • Demonstrated expertise in international regulatory frameworks, particularly for cosmetics in Asian markets and China
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English at professional business level
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex dossiers simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and with external partners
  • Capacity to communicate regulatory concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences
