Cartier seeks Regional Chief Executive Officer (SEAO) in Singapore to lead luxury operations across 10 countries and 18 boutiques. Executive role requiring 15+ years luxury retail leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Set and execute regional commercial ambition and strategic priorities, driving sustainable growth and profitability across all channels while strengthening brand desirability and client development
  • Define and execute a comprehensive regional strategy aligned with Cartier's global vision while capitalizing on local market opportunities and exploring new business prospects
  • Drive top-line growth, profitability, and operational excellence across retail, specialists, e-commerce, high-end, and travel retail channels with full P&L accountability
  • Ensure consistency in brand equity and maximize brand awareness through strategic marketing, communication, and merchandising initiatives; analyze and reallocate product lines to align with Maison expectations
  • Champion client-centricity by elevating engagement through personalized service, long-term relationship building, and differentiated experiences across all channels; reinforce clienteling initiatives
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing multi-functional teams, championing talent development, leadership succession, and accountability while fostering an inclusive, purpose-driven internal culture
  • Partner with regional and global functions to ensure cross-functional alignment, foster synergies between regions, and encourage best-practice sharing
  • Serve as Cartier Ambassador with key stakeholders including partners, suppliers, government representatives, and institutional bodies
  • Anticipate market trends, embrace innovation, and adapt strategies to evolving luxury landscapes by monitoring business dynamics and competitive intelligence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years of proven leadership experience directing multi-market regions in luxury retail or premium client-related industries
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of client experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or similar industries within an international environment
  • Experience in luxury watch and jewelry sectors is ideal
  • Fluent in multiple languages with mandatory spoken and written English proficiency

Experience

APAC regional experience is highly advantageous, and expertise in luxury watch and jewelry sectors is particularly valued.

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent advanced business qualification.
