Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate campus and school relationships across Paris: identify partner institutions, manage ongoing partnerships and develop new academic collaborations.
- Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for apprentices, interns and entry‑level roles, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate follow‑up.
- Design and deliver employer‑branding activities on campus: organize presentations, workshops, career fairs and assessment days to attract early talent.
- Liaise with hiring managers and HR business partners to define candidate profiles, schedule interviews and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
- Manage administrative aspects of alternance contracts and work‑study agreements, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain the ATS, produce regular reports and propose improvements to sourcing and selection workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business, Communication or a related discipline (eligible for alternance/work‑study).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present professionally to students and academic partners.
- Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple events and recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships across internal stakeholders and external institutions.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling candidate information.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in HR, recruitment or university relations is preferred; experience organising campus events or participating in early‑talent programmes is an asset.
Education
Enrolled in a recognised post‑secondary programme (Bac+3 to Bac+5) compatible with alternance/work‑study regulations.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
