Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campus and school relationships across Paris: identify partner institutions, manage ongoing partnerships and develop new academic collaborations.
  • Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for apprentices, interns and entry‑level roles, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate follow‑up.
  • Design and deliver employer‑branding activities on campus: organize presentations, workshops, career fairs and assessment days to attract early talent.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and HR business partners to define candidate profiles, schedule interviews and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
  • Manage administrative aspects of alternance contracts and work‑study agreements, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain the ATS, produce regular reports and propose improvements to sourcing and selection workflows.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business, Communication or a related discipline (eligible for alternance/work‑study).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present professionally to students and academic partners.
  • Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple events and recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships across internal stakeholders and external institutions.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling candidate information.
