  • Support the Stones Service team in coordination of projects across high jewellery collections, from concept to production.
  • Prepare and maintain technical dossiers, stone specifications and traceability records for each piece.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal ateliers, product development, quality control and external gemstone suppliers.
  • Assist in quality inspections and stone assessments, flagging non‑conformances and following up corrective actions.
  • Manage sample handling, inventory updates and archiving of physical and digital materials.
  • Produce progress reports, presentations and data summaries for project leads and stakeholders.
