Cartier hiring Production Project Manager in Le Locle, Switzerland for full-time contract role managing component production projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the designated liaison for the UAP Composants within new product project teams, collaborating with Development and Supply Chain departments
  • Maintain oversight of UAP Composants scheduling and deliverables throughout the product development process
  • Escalate production alerts that may impact new product project timelines through pre-series initiation
  • Coordinate actions among UAP members within new product projects and ensure bidirectional information flow between the UAP and project teams
  • Participate in new product production planning with a capacity-load approach in partnership with Supply Chain and UAP leadership
  • Facilitate operational steering rituals for new product projects and lead technical reviews of product development processes under UAP responsibility
  • Coordinate subcontracting needs for new product initiatives
  • Contribute to human resources and production capacity planning for new product projects
  • Participate in price, quality, and timeline validation within new product development processes
  • Co-own achievement of new product launch objectives and oversee training plans in production alongside Development and Quality departments

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or confirmed equivalent experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably within an industrial environment
  • Demonstrated solid experience in project management with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Project management competencies enabling confident and efficient team piloting and coordination
  • Strong prioritization skills with capacity to manage multiple parallel initiatives of both strategic and operational nature
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive dynamics between departments

Experience
