Cartier is hiring a Product Manager, Accessories & Fragrances (V.I.E) in Dubai. Junior-level role managing NPD, launches and supplier coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for accessories and fragrance assortments, from concept and brief through industrialisation and launch.
- Define commercial product briefs, requirements and positioning in collaboration with design, marketing and sales teams.
- Coordinate with internal functions (design, supply chain, quality, regulatory, retail) and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and brand compliance.
- Control costing, pricing inputs and margin analysis; contribute to assortment planning and SKU rationalisation.
- Oversee packaging and point‑of‑sale development to guarantee consistency with brand guidelines.
- Support go‑to‑market activities and launch execution with the regional retail and wholesale teams.
- Monitor post‑launch performance, conduct sell‑through analysis and recommend assortment or replenishment actions.
Qualifications
- Eligible for the French V.I.E programme (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, luxury management, product design or equivalent discipline.
- Strong organisational and cross‑functional coordination capabilities, with attention to detail and commercial rigour.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear product briefs and presentations.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, multicultural luxury retail environment and adapting to shifting priorities.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of professional experience in product management, product development or merchandising within luxury accessories, fragrance, cosmetics or fashion brands; exposure to supplier management and retail channels is desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Product Design or related field.
