Cartier Product Content Management Intern (6 months, January 2027) in Paris. Support digital transformation through product data management, OCP platform oversight, and multilingual content coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product launch workflows, including monitoring product releases, preparing export files, tracking data completion, and coordinating with translation partners for multilingual content
- Monitor and analyze product data quality on the OCP platform, conducting verification activities and supporting data harmonization initiatives
- Support the product catalog project manager in engaging central and regional contributor communities, including participation in OCP workshops, monitoring communication activities, and attending community calls
- Conduct audit and compliance checks across ecommerce and retail platforms (Staff Sales, Plaza, Omnia), identifying and resolving product data distribution errors and ensuring filter consistency across languages
- Resolve JIRA tickets and technical issues raised by local ecommerce teams, identifying root causes and tracking resolutions
- Perform non-regression testing for OCP updates at each sprint completion and report identified bugs
- Document and formalize all processes to ensure optimized onboarding for future interns and team members
- Provide ad hoc analysis and operational support for projects including Watches & Wonders events, high jewelry launches, and the Gemini project
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's program, engineering school, or business school
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated interest in digital technologies and technical competency understanding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
