Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the PR and entertainment strategy for the Paris market and global flagship activations, aligned with brand positioning and calendar.
  • Conceive, produce and oversee high‑profile events — product launches, private salons, red‑carpet activations and VIP experiences — from creative brief through on‑site execution.
  • Develop and manage relationships with celebrities, talent agencies, influencers and entertainment stakeholders; lead negotiation and contracting for appearances and ambassadorships.
  • Direct media relations for lifestyle, fashion and luxury press: craft press materials, coordinate press attendance and secure editorial coverage.
  • Commission, brief and coordinate external agencies, production vendors and in‑house creative teams; ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines and post‑event reporting; deliver KPIs and ROI analysis for PR and entertainment initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regional marketing, boutique teams and corporate communications to ensure integrated storytelling and client experience.
  • Prepare and implement risk and crisis communication plans relating to events and high‑visibility talent partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in PR, events and celebrity/talent management within luxury fashion, jewellery or high‑end lifestyle brands.
  • Established media and talent network across France and internationally; demonstrable success securing top‑tier coverage and high‑impact placements.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multi‑partition budgets and negotiating complex contracts.
  • Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills; ability to lead cross‑functional teams and external partners under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for events as required.

Experience

Typically 5+ years of progressively senior experience in PR and events within the luxury sector, with direct responsibility for celebrity relations, high‑budget activations and agency oversight.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Arts Management or equivalent; advanced degree or specialised executive training preferred.
