Cartier Apprenticeship Program: Four-year Federal Certificate in Polymechanics at Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland. CNC and precision manufacturing training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute complete mechanical assemblies with precision and accuracy
- Perform machining operations on both conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) equipment
- Program and operate CNC machines using advanced technical specifications
- Conduct quality inspection and dimensional verification of manufactured components
- Identify, document, and analyze manufacturing defects and deviations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within production processes
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departmental colleagues
Qualifications
- Proficiency in French language, both written and verbal, sufficient for successful vocational training completion
- Strong mathematical aptitude with demonstrated capacity for logical and technical reasoning
- Genuine interest and curiosity in precision mechanics, horological techniques, and technical innovation
- Prior internship or workshop experience in mechanical fabrication or watchmaking highly advantageous
