Role & Responsibilities
- Support the packaging development lifecycle for fragrance launches and range extensions, from concept validation through industrialisation.
- Coordinate prototype requests, sample follow‑ups and validation rounds with internal design, supply‑chain and quality teams.
- Draft and maintain technical packaging specifications, dimensional drawings and bills of materials (BOM).
- Liaise with external suppliers and packaging manufacturers to follow production timelines, costs and corrective actions.
- Participate in material selection, cost tracking and sustainability assessments for primary and secondary packaging.
- Assist with physical and regulatory testing coordination (drop tests, durability, print quality) and compile test reports.
- Maintain project documentation, status trackers and presentation materials for project meetings and reviews.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Design, Cosmetic Science or equivalent).
- Strong interest in luxury goods, fragrance and packaging design with attention to detail and aesthetic standards.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple project tasks and timelines concurrently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and working proficiency in English.

Experience
Prior internship or academic project experience in packaging, product development, cosmetics or a related industrial environment is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable interest in fragrance product development is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Design, Cosmetic Science or a closely related discipline.
