Role & Responsibilities

• Analyse marketing briefs and mockups; participate in project presentations and draft technical product specifications
• Prepare technical briefs for supplier requests for quotations (RFQs); evaluate technical aspects of supplier proposals including materials, technologies, and design specifications
• Track the evolution of packaging development stages and coordinate exchanges with quality and homologation teams on component testing and approvals
• Create and maintain project timelines from inception to packaging delivery; update schedules and communicate progress to the project manager
• Receive and manage printing documentation from marketing; transmit compliant and usable files to printers and decorators; validate print proofs (BAG) with suppliers
• Create, update, and maintain technical specifications for packaging articles; collect and format data for the technical database
• Contribute to environmental impact analysis of packaging initiatives and propose eco-design solutions to reduce environmental footprint

Qualifications

• Engineering school background with specialization in packaging, materials, or product design (Bac+4 or Bac+5)
• Proficiency with SAP and Solidworks software
• Strong technical curiosity and product knowledge
• Team-oriented mindset with demonstrated collaborative abilities

Skills

Experience

Academic exposure to packaging design, materials science, or product development; familiarity with perfumery or luxury goods sectors is advantageous.

Education

Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac+4 minimum) with specialization in packaging, materials, or design.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,400 per month.
