Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute annual budgeting processes and multi-year strategic plans in collaboration with all departments
- Establish regular forecasts and budget revisions aligned with business activity and corporate objectives
- Participate in monthly and annual close procedures in conjunction with the accounting function
- Analyze variances between actual results and budgeted or forecasted performance, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across both financial and operational metrics
- Serve as a business partner to manufacturing leadership, supporting performance optimization and strategic decision-making
- Maintain proactive communication with departmental stakeholders to understand requirements and provide tailored financial guidance
- Conduct financial evaluations of strategic and operational projects
- Oversee the internal control matrix and execute control testing protocols for assigned process areas
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Lead internal audit initiatives, coordinate audit schedules, track remediation plans, and facilitate compliance training
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the finance and control function
- Support digital transformation initiatives including reporting digitalization via Power BI and Anaplan
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from a business school or engineering school
- 5–8 years of proven experience in financial audit and/or management accounting
- Rigorous approach with strong synthesizing and analytical capabilities
- Solid analytical reasoning with natural curiosity and the ability to investigate complex financial matters
- Business-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
- Demonstrated proficiency with IT tools, particularly Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous

Experience
5–8 years of successful experience in financial audit and/or management accounting, with demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and serve as a business partner to operational teams.
Education
Graduate degree from a business school or engineering school.
