Cartier Maintenance Technician | La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland | Full-Time Production Support Role
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute corrective maintenance with rapid response and effective fault diagnosis
- Plan and conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and failures
- Analyze recurring failures and implement continuous improvement actions
- Coordinate external maintenance interventions with partner vendors and suppliers
- Install and commission new production equipment
- Deploy continuous improvement initiatives across the existing machine portfolio
- Manage spare parts inventory and secure critical equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations during all interventions
Qualifications
- CFC (Federal Vocational Certificate) in automation or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in maintenance or manufacturing
- Proficiency with CNC (computer numerically controlled) machinery
- Strong IT competency and SAP experience preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills and autonomous work capability
- Analytical problem-solving ability
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal qualities
