Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day warehouse and logistics operations including goods receipt, storage, stock movements and dispatch.
- Prepare and pack outgoing orders for boutiques, ateliers and external partners, ensuring compliance with Cartier’s security and packaging protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, maintaining accurate stock records.
- Process shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist with customs paperwork and import/export follow‑up when required.
- Maintain high standards of security, confidentiality and traceability for high‑value items.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise warehouse layout, picking flows and stock accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, reporting and updating internal systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of discretion and respect for security procedures when handling valuable products.
- Good interpersonal skills; able to liaise professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Availability for the full duration of the internship as required by the academic programme.

Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain is advantageous but not mandatory; demonstrable interest in logistics processes and operational accuracy is required.
Education
Enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor or Master) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, Business Administration, or related field.
