Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for boutiques, ateliers and warehouses, ensuring punctual delivery and secure handling of high-value goods.
- Manage inventory control processes, cycle counts and reconciliation between physical stock and WMS/ERP records.
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation, commercial invoices and customs paperwork; liaise with customs brokers to ensure compliance.
- Select and manage relationships with carriers, couriers and logistics service providers, negotiating terms and resolving operational issues.
- Oversee returns, repairs and movements between stores and workshops, maintaining traceability and chain-of-custody protocols for valuable items.
- Monitor logistics KPIs (delivery performance, inventory accuracy, transit times) and produce regular operational reports for stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain security, insurance and loss-prevention procedures appropriate to high-value product flows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise cost, lead time and process robustness across the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in logistics, freight operations or inventory control; experience with high-value or luxury goods preferred.
- Proven knowledge of customs procedures, international shipping and freight documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing operational KPIs and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate service terms.
- Capacity to work with confidential, high-value inventory and to apply strict security procedures.

Experience
At least three years of hands-on logistics or supply-chain experience, preferably in retail, luxury goods, watchmaking or jewellery environments; demonstrable experience managing international shipments and inventory accuracy.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related discipline, or comparable professional experience.
