Cartier — La Chaux‑de‑Fonds: Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound flows, inventory and transport for Cartier's Swiss operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of components and finished goods, ensuring on‑time delivery and compliance with quality and security standards.
- Manage inventory control and stock reconciliation activities for manufacturing and distribution sites, including cycle counts and variance investigations.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and suppliers to arrange transport, customs clearance and insurance.
- Prepare and control logistics documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, transport documents, export/import declarations) and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor logistics KPIs (OTIF, lead times, stock accuracy), produce regular reports and recommend process improvements to increase reliability and reduce cost.
- Collaborate closely with production, procurement, quality and retail teams to prioritise shipments and resolve supply‑chain disruptions.
- Support implementation and maintenance of WMS/ERP processes, including data integrity, master‑data management and user support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional proficiency in French; business English highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of customs procedures and Incoterms applicable to import/export operations.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and proven capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; experience working across production and commercial teams.

Experience
Typically 2–5 years' experience in logistics, transport coordination or supply‑chain operations; experience in luxury goods, watchmaking or high‑value product environments preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification in logistics, supply chain, business or related field; relevant professional certifications advantageous.

This position is based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Neuchâtel, Switzerland, within easy reach of Zurich.
