Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain international compensation and benefits programmes aligned with global total rewards strategy and local market practices.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys and analysis to recommend competitive pay structures and adjust grading frameworks across regions.
  • Perform job evaluations and maintain job architecture, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Administer variable pay programmes, incentive plans and long‑term reward schemes, including modelling, payouts and governance.
  • Partner with HR business partners and country HR teams to provide expert advice on compensation decisions, salary reviews and benefits queries.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment law, tax and social security requirements in collaboration with legal and payroll teams.
  • Analyse reward data and produce management reports, dashboards and business cases to inform executive decision‑making.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors (survey providers, brokerages, consultants) and oversee vendor deliverables and SLAs.
  • Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects (global harmonisation, HRIS implementations, mobility) with project management discipline.
  • Develop and deliver clear communications and training for managers on compensation policies, pay processes and reward philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Minimum three to five years' experience in compensation and benefits, ideally with international exposure or multinational corporate context.
  • Proven experience in job evaluation, market benchmarking and the design of pay structures and incentive plans.
  • Strong understanding of cross‑border mobility, tax and social security implications for rewards programmes.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively with HRBPs and corporate functions.
