Cartier (Paris) seeks an International Marketing Group Manager, Fragrance to lead global brand and campaign strategy for its perfume portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the global marketing strategy for fragrance, ensuring alignment with the maison’s brand positioning and long‑term objectives.
  • Lead the conception, execution and performance tracking of international product launches and integrated brand campaigns across retail, wholesale, digital and earned channels.
  • Manage and coach a cross‑functional, multinational marketing group and liaise with regional marketing leads to adapt global plans to local markets while preserving brand consistency.
  • Own marketing budgets for assigned projects and oversee agency selection, briefing, creative development and media planning in collaboration with procurement and finance.
  • Coordinate closely with product development, merchandising, retail operations, CRM and PR to ensure a coherent go‑to‑market plan and optimal in‑store activation.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks; analyse campaign ROI, market share evolution and consumer insights to refine strategy and inform senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury brand marketing, preferably within fragrance, beauty or premium consumer goods.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead international, cross‑disciplinary teams and to manage external creative and media agencies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering measurable marketing ROI.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Fluent English; professional working proficiency in French preferred.
