Cartier (Paris) seeks an International Jewellery Product Manager (contract) to lead global collection marketing, launches and cross‑market product strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and drive international product strategy and positioning for fine jewellery collections across key markets.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle: concept, assortment planning, pricing input, sample validation and market launch coordination.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — design, production, merchandising, regional sales, retail and marketing communications — to deliver on launch calendars and commercial objectives.
  • Prepare product briefs, merchandising packs, selling tools, digital content and POS materials to support global rollouts and local adaptations.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis, monitor sell‑through and performance metrics, and recommend assortment or pricing adjustments.
  • Plan and execute international launches and activations, including training sessions and sales enablement for retail and wholesale partners.
  • Maintain product documentation, collection narratives and technical specifications; ensure consistency of storytelling across channels.
  • Support forecasting and provide input to inventory and replenishment discussions with merchandising and supply‑chain teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management, merchandising or product marketing within luxury jewellery or watches (international scope preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in assortment planning, launch management and sell‑through analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional, multi‑market projects and to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear product briefs and marketing assets.
  • High attention to detail, aesthetic sensitivity and knowledge of jewellery product construction and materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for asset reviews is advantageous.
