Cartier — Bezannes: HSE Officer (Hygiene, Safety & Environment) alternance. Support HSE programs, risk assessments and regulatory compliance at Cartier's Bezannes site.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE policies, procedures and local operating rules across the site.
  • Participate in risk assessments, workplace inspections and hazard identification activities; propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in incident reporting and root‑cause investigations, and track closure of corrective actions until verification.
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance activities and preparation for internal and external HSE audits.
  • Help deliver HSE training, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns for operational teams.
  • Monitor occupational hygiene, waste management and environmental indicators; support reporting and documentation.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, permits and records in line with company standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a recognised technical or university programme in HSE, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship contract).
  • Knowledge of occupational health, safety and environmental principles, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to risk assessment and incident investigation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings and follow up with operational teams.
  • Autonomous, organised and able to work in multidisciplinary teams within a production or logistics environment.

Experience

Currently enrolled in a relevant vocational, bachelor or master’s programme in Health, Safety & Environment, Environmental Science, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
