Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Projects team in planning and executing cross-functional initiatives, from scoping to delivery.
  • Collect, cleanse and analyse HR data to produce regular reports and KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project governance: prepare meeting materials, track actions, maintain project plans and timelines.
  • Draft and maintain documentation including process maps, training materials and project briefs.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR business partners, operations, learning) to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
  • Contribute to change-management activities such as communications, workshops and pilot testing.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accurate handling of employee information.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capacity and attention to detail with the ability to translate data into clear summaries.
  • Organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities in a matrix environment.
  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French is highly desirable; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
