Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR Projects team in planning and executing cross-functional initiatives, from scoping to delivery.
- Collect, cleanse and analyse HR data to produce regular reports and KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
- Coordinate project governance: prepare meeting materials, track actions, maintain project plans and timelines.
- Draft and maintain documentation including process maps, training materials and project briefs.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR business partners, operations, learning) to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
- Contribute to change-management activities such as communications, workshops and pilot testing.
- Ensure confidentiality and accurate handling of employee information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical capacity and attention to detail with the ability to translate data into clear summaries.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities in a matrix environment.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Fluency in written and spoken French is highly desirable; working knowledge of English is an advantage.

Experience
Previous internship or project experience supporting HR activities, project work or operations is advantageous; any exposure to luxury brands, manufacturing or multilingual environments will be considered a plus.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or equivalent).
