Cartier Paris: 6-month HR internship starting January 2027. Support recruitment, intern onboarding, and talent development at this luxury heritage maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment process for interns and apprentices in collaboration with hiring managers, including job posting creation, CV screening, telephone pre-screening, interviews, and final candidate selection
  • Maintain and optimize candidate databases, respond to candidates, and perform proactive recruitment sourcing through social media networks
  • Organize and manage the MarketingDays project—a recruitment session initiative—in collaboration with the generalist HR Business Partner
  • Integrate interns and apprentices upon arrival through individual onboarding meetings and collective orientation sessions
  • Conduct regular HR interviews with interns to assess potential and build a talent pipeline for future opportunities
  • Support interns in developing and executing their professional project plans
  • Animate the interns community at Cartier by organizing networking events, breakfasts, afterwork sessions, and team-building activities
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events
  • Continuously optimize new hire and intern onboarding journeys and integration processes
  • Execute ad-hoc HR studies and special projects in collaboration with HR Business Partners

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent program
  • Minimum 6 months of previous experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Proactive approach with attention to detail and excellent priority management
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to service excellence

Experience

Minimum 6 months of prior experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,400 per month.
