Cartier HR Intern role in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland. Support HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and recruitment for commercial training students.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain correspondence related to the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and departures
- Manage and update electronic employee records
- Participate in administrative recruitment processes, including new employee onboarding and integration
- Provide HR reception support to address employee inquiries and requests
- Assist in organizing internal company events
- Process unsolicited applications and candidate inquiries
- Support the HR team with general administrative tasks and correspondence
Qualifications
- Commercial training programme (Maturité Professionnelle) with 3+1 structure
- Fluent French language skills (oral and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, evolving team environment
