Cartier in Paris seeks an HR Communications & Training Project Manager to lead internal communications and learning initiatives for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end internal communications programmes on HR topics (talent initiatives, career pathways, performance management, employer brand) targeted at international and local audiences.
  • Design, manage and deliver learning and development projects: needs analysis, curriculum design, vendor selection, rollout and evaluation of training interventions.
  • Develop and produce compelling content for multiple channels (intranet, newsletters, presentations, e‑learning modules, workshops and face-to-face events).
  • Coordinate stakeholders across HR, L&D, store and corporate teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and Maison values.
  • Build and maintain project plans, budgets and KPIs; manage timelines, risks and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Commission and oversee external agencies and training providers; negotiate scopes, fees and contracts.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and learning outcomes; prepare synthesis reports and recommendations for senior HR leadership.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, visual identity and governance across all HR communications and training materials.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing HR communications and/or learning projects within a luxury goods, retail or service environment.
  • Strong project-management capability with demonstrated experience handling cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of producing high-quality content for executive and employee audiences.
  • Analytical orientation with experience defining KPIs and measuring engagement and learning impact.
  • Flair for creative execution while maintaining brand and governance standards.

Experience
