Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial performance, sales, and profitability targets across all boutiques and external PoS/Partners, setting and monitoring annual, quarterly, and monthly objectives
  • Drive and monitor overall area turnover and manage budget control, including selling costs and travel & entertainment (T&E) expenses
  • Develop and implement action plans for boutique leaders and partners to elevate business and image in alignment with Maison strategy and regional KPIs
  • Negotiate commercial terms with partners, ensuring consistency, legal compliance, and contractual adherence across all boutiques, department stores, and external partners
  • Train and coach boutique leaders and external partners on Cartier performance metrics, commercial excellence, product knowledge, and client engagement protocols
  • Oversee and analyze Client Satisfaction Barometer metrics to ensure high service standards and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain regular in-store and PoS presence to verify merchandising implementation, stock levels, grooming standards, and optimal boutique operations
  • Lead team recruitment processes for boutique profiles and provide on-site mentoring to boutique leaders to foster professional growth and leadership capabilities
  • Monitor competitor activities through market intelligence and mystery shopper programs to identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and defending market share
  • Manage commercial omni-channel projects, stock allocation, visual merchandising, and client activation initiatives across the portfolio
  • Provide on-site support for brand activities, events, pop-ins, exhibitions, boutique openings, relocations, and renovation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior commercial roles with prior boutique management background
  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from conception to completion
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Experience managing complex and mature teams in a retail or luxury environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes
  • Ability to work collaboratively within matrix organizations and cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage
