Cartier in Paris seeks a Group Marketing Manager, International Watches on a fixed‑term contract to lead global watch campaigns and launches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the international marketing strategy for Cartier’s watch collections, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning and product roadmaps.
  • Lead end‑to‑end product launch plans and seasonal campaign rollouts across regions, coordinating creative, digital, PR, retail and wholesale execution.
  • Supervise a cross‑functional group of marketing specialists and external agencies; provide clear briefs, timelines and performance objectives.
  • Own campaign budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring cost control and delivery against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product development, merchandising and sales to translate product features into compelling consumer propositions.
  • Adapt global assets and communications to local markets while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
  • Monitor market performance, KPIs and competitor activity; prepare actionable reporting and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate event, exhibition and client activation programs in key markets to elevate product visibility and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury watch or high‑end fashion marketing with responsibility for international or multi‑market programs.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing cross‑functional teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management and KPI‑driven performance analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage complex launch calendars across time zones.
  • Deep knowledge of the horology sector, product detailing and luxury consumer behaviour.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.
