Role & Responsibilities

• Assemble and maintain bilingual Product Information Files (DIP) for new fragrances and formula revisions in French and English, including updates for new packaging formats and containers
• Provide technical-regulatory support to the formula team on Part A documentation, regulatory inquiries, and artwork review
• Coordinate and track sustainability inquiries and surveys with suppliers and perfume houses in support of CSR objectives
• Manage formula revision projects by coordinating sample shipments, technical documentation, and external laboratory testing
• Update and maintain project management tools (Coptis, Excel matrices, Cartier internal software)
• Maintain performance indicators and project dashboards
• Support senior formula development staff on sustainability initiatives and in-depth investigations

Qualifications

• Master's level education (M1/M2) in chemistry, cosmetics, or equivalent engineering/university degree
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and written English
• Demonstrated attention to detail and regulatory compliance awareness
• Team collaboration and interpersonal skills

Skills

Experience

Academic formation at Master's level with specialization in chemistry, cosmetics, or related technical discipline. Prior exposure to product development, regulatory documentation, or quality assurance is advantageous but not required.

Education

Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Chemistry, Cosmetics, or equivalent from an engineering school or university.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,400 per month.
