Executive Assistant – Cartier La Chaux-de-Fonds: 24-month contract supporting Directors at the watchmaking manufacture.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and manage calendars and schedules for multiple Directors and Department Managers
- Coordinate business travel arrangements and departmental events
- Manage procurement orders and consolidate purchasing for assigned departments
- Liaison with vendors and coordinate supplier creation for department needs
- Interface with corporate support services as required
- Provide administrative assistance to teams reporting to Directors and Managers
- Maintain optimal functionality of team workspaces and coordinate with general services
- Facilitate team operations including supplies ordering and request tracking
- Manage access permissions for shared digital folders and documentation systems
- Process and distribute invoices and correspondence
- Collaborate with peer Executive Assistants on internal events and initiatives
Qualifications
- Swiss Commercial Certificate (CFC - Certificat Fédéral de Capacité) or equivalent qualification in commerce
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar executive support role within an industrial environment
- Proficiency with Teams, Microsoft Office suite, and Outlook
- SAP experience preferred
- Excellent written and organizational communication skills
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality practices
- Rigorous, proactive, and autonomous work approach
- Strong service orientation

5 years in a comparable executive or administrative support position, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Education
Swiss Commercial Certificate (CFC - Certificat Fédéral de Capacité) or equivalent formal qualification in commerce or business administration
