Cartier Paris seeks Employment Law Counsel (fixed-term contract) to provide legal support on labor and employment matters for the luxury jewelry Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on the application of provisions from the French Labor Code, collective bargaining agreements, and company-specific employment agreements
- Support the HR team on individual and collective employment law matters and workplace disputes
- Prepare documentation and strategy for meetings with employee representative bodies and union negotiations
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in employment law and assess their potential impact on Maison practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) in Labor Law or equivalent
- Prior professional experience in employment law within a corporate setting or law firm specializing in labor law
- Thorough mastery of the French Labor Code and collective bargaining agreements
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills
