Cartier in Paris seeks an Editorial & Messaging Project Manager Assistant to support content production and messaging coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Editorial & Messaging Project Manager in planning and executing the editorial calendar across digital, social, CRM and print channels.
- Coordinate content production workflows: draft briefs, collect copy and assets from creative teams, and manage version control and approvals.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure brand tone of voice, consistency and accuracy; apply the house style guide across all touchpoints.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, legal, retail) and external agencies to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Track project milestones, maintain status reports, and ensure timely delivery of messaging assets for launches and campaigns.
- Assist with localization and translation workflows, ensuring messaging fidelity across markets and languages.
- Support measurement by compiling performance summaries and post-campaign editorial reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, languages, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in editorial coordination, content production or communications—preferably within luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong editorial judgement; familiarity with brand tone-of-voice development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project timelines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a bilingual environment; proficiency in French and English is highly desirable.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in editorial or content project coordination, ideally within the luxury goods, fashion or high-end lifestyle sectors.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, languages or equivalent professional experience.
