Cartier in Paris seeks a Digital Manager (8‑month contract) to lead digital strategy, campaigns and omnichannel initiatives for the maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the digital strategy for France (and local markets as assigned), aligning online initiatives with Cartier’s brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver performance marketing, acquisition and retention campaigns across paid search, social, display and email/CRM channels.
  • Lead digital product and content delivery for the website and e‑commerce experience: brief, prioritise and follow up with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Manage omnichannel initiatives and close collaboration with retail, merchandising, client services and creative teams to ensure consistent brand and customer experiences.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance with regular reporting and dashboards, and implement optimisation through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Oversee budgets and vendor relationships; select and manage external partners and agencies to deliver digital projects on time and on brief.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements and data‑protection standards across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce, preferably within luxury goods, premium retail, or an agency servicing high‑end brands.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrable experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Commercial mindset with experience setting and reporting on digital KPIs and delivering measurable acquisition/retention results.
  • Excellent written and spoken French and strong professional English, with the ability to write and approve brand‑sensitive content.
  • Ability to manage budgets and procurement processes for digital campaigns and technology vendors.
