Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of digital learning projects aimed at boutique staff and corporate teams, ensuring adherence to brand standards and timelines.
- Coordinate content production with instructional designers, subject-matter experts, multimedia vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with the configuration, testing and deployment of e‑learning modules and blended programmes on the corporate LMS.
- Maintain project plans, track milestones, manage task dependencies and report progress to programme leads.
- Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing, capturing feedback and coordinating corrective actions.
- Prepare learner communications, training guides and rollout materials adapted for multilingual and international audiences.
- Collect and analyse learning analytics and user feedback to measure engagement and inform iterative improvements.
- Provide operational support to learners and local HR/L&D teams during rollouts, including basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in instructional design, educational technology, digital learning, HR, project management or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship track).
- Demonstrable experience through internships, academic projects or part‑time positions in e‑learning, instructional design or project coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce clear learner-facing materials and stakeholder reports.
- Sensitivity to luxury-brand standards and experience adapting content for client-facing teams is a plus.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and with external vendors.
Experience
Typically 0–2 years of professional experience; prior internships or project work in digital learning, instructional design or project coordination are strongly preferred.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Project Management or a closely related field (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
