Cartier — Paris: Data Content Management Internship. Support product data governance and content operations for the maison's e‑commerce and retail platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the enrichment, normalization and maintenance of product and content metadata across PIM, CMS and DAM platforms.
- Conduct data quality audits, identify gaps or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions in collaboration with merchandising and e‑commerce teams.
- Prepare and upload product content (descriptions, attributes, images, translations) and ensure adherence to taxonomy and brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the configuration and testing of PIM/CMS processes and data workflows, including bulk imports and exports.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to monitor data completeness, taxonomy coverage and content publication status.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (product, retail, digital marketing, localisation) to align content requirements and release schedules.
- Document data standards, work instructions and recurring processes to improve operational efficiency and governance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Information Systems, Data Management, E‑commerce, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage structured datasets and taxonomy rules.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet tight publication deadlines.
- Effective communicator, able to liaise with cross‑functional teams and articulate data issues clearly.
- Fluent in French and comfortable working in English (preferred).

Experience
Previous internship or project experience in product data, e‑commerce content or retail operations is advantageous; typically 0–2 years of relevant practical experience.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, E‑commerce, Business, Statistics or a related field.
