Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the customer service quality team by collecting, cleansing and validating client service data from multiple sources.
  • Produce and maintain operational dashboards and weekly/monthly quality reports to track KPIs, trends and SLAs.
  • Perform root-cause analyses on complaints and service incidents, propose corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and supporting project execution with data-driven recommendations.
  • Coordinate with after-sales, retail and CRM teams to ensure data integrity and alignment on reporting definitions and escalation processes.
  • Participate in quality audits, sample reviews and the preparation of management presentations summarising findings and proposed remedies.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a recognised Bachelor's or Master's programme in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Quality Management.
  • Strong numerical literacy with proven ability to manipulate datasets and translate analysis into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex findings clearly to operational teams and stakeholders.
  • Rigorous attention to detail and a methodical approach to data validation and quality control.

Skills

Excel (advanced: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) Power BI SQL Tableau Python (pandas) - desirable KPI reporting and dashboard design Root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa) and continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Six Sigma fundamentals)

Experience

No extensive professional experience required; previous internships or part-time experience in customer service, quality assurance or data analysis are advantageous. Demonstrable academic projects or coursework using Excel, SQL or data-visualisation tools will be valued.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a closely related discipline.
