Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for customer service operations, including returns, repairs, exchanges and client deliveries.
  • Liaise with client advisors, after‑sales workshops and external carriers to ensure timely execution of service orders and compliance with SLAs.
  • Manage transport bookings, carrier relationships and shipment tracking, including coordination of express and insured movements.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation, customs paperwork and declarations for national and cross‑border consignments.
  • Maintain accurate stock and transit status in the ERP; reconcile movements and support inventory audits related to after‑sales flows.
  • Investigate and resolve logistics exceptions, damages, and claims; propose corrective actions to improve processes.
  • Produce operational reports and performance indicators; monitor KPIs such as lead time, on‑time delivery and returns rate.
  • Collaborate with quality, repair workshops and customer service teams to optimise procedures and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in logistics, transport coordination or after‑sales operations; luxury goods or watchmaking environment preferred.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to manage multiple service flows and tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of international shipping procedures, export/import documentation and basic customs rules.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client‑facing communication skills; comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven problem‑solving mindset and attention to quality and regulatory compliance.
