Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Creative Visual Experience team in concept development for windows, in‑store scenography and special installations.
  • Produce moodboards, technical drawings and mockups to translate creative briefs into executable layouts.
  • Prepare materials and prototypes; assist with model making and sample assembly for approvals and photographic shoots.
  • Contribute to CAD/3D visualisations and technical plans for installation teams and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate logistics and timing with production ateliers, suppliers and retail operations to ensure accurate on‑site execution.
  • Assist during installations and de‑installations in boutiques; document set builds and provide photo reports.
  • Support creative shoots and campaign set ups, liaising with internal teams (marketing, retail) and external vendors.
  • Conduct trend and materials research to inform creative proposals and present findings to the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme in visual communication, spatial design, scenography, interior architecture or a related discipline.
  • Strong visual sensibility and a demonstrable portfolio of concept work, mockups or installations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good organisational and communication skills; comfortable coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Legal eligibility to undertake a paid or academic internship in France (as required).
