Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives for new jewellery launches and product introductions across design, production and quality teams.
  • Map and analyse end‑to‑end processes (value stream mapping), identify bottlenecks and propose targeted improvements to reduce lead time and non‑conformities.
  • Participate in Kaizen events and structured problem‑solving activities using root‑cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa).
  • Collect, analyse and visualise operational data and KPIs to monitor project progress and demonstrate impact.
  • Prepare project documentation, implementation plans, work instructions and executive presentations for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional coordination between product development, manufacturing, sourcing and quality assurance to ensure robust launch readiness.
  • Support pilot trials, monitor results and follow through on corrective actions to embed process changes into standard practice.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with experience in process mapping and basic data analysis.
  • Demonstrable interest in luxury jewellery production, product development or manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Availability to undertake an internship in Paris in accordance with the academic programme’s requirements.
