Role & Responsibilities
- Support cross‑functional continuous improvement projects within the jewelry client services organization, from diagnosis to implementation.
- Map end‑to‑end client service processes and identify root causes using data analysis and structured problem‑solving techniques.
- Develop performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track service levels, lead times and quality metrics.
- Propose and pilot process changes (workflow re‑design, SOPs, touchpoint optimisation) in collaboration with operations, after‑sales and retail teams.
- Coordinate stakeholders, prepare project documentation, and present recommendations to senior managers.
- Support training, change management and communication activities to embed new ways of working.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Quality, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability with an aptitude for process diagnosis and optimisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to interact with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Autonomy, rigor and a pragmatic mindset suited to project work in a luxury client‑facing environment.
